Hi there,
We’ve just finished adding a new article to our Resources section of the website which answers some frequently asked questions, and raised issues about how to choose a massage table that’s right for you and your clients.
Definitely a must-read if you’re considering visiting our webshop to purchase a new massage table for the new year.
Take care!

I would recommend considering width when choosing a table. Although not to heavy to be moved from car to house and back, my table is actually quite a bit wider than a lot of others I have seen and I find clients really appreciate the fact that they don’t feel as if their arms are going to fall off the edge. Also, for when the arms are not on the table an arm sling that attaches to the face hole is also really useful, as the shoulders can be opened up without all the blood rushing down the arms and causing discomfort. Touches like this really make a difference to how a client feels during a treatment, so a few extra pounds spent on getting a comfortable table are money well spent, and means that you can comfortably accommodate a greater range of shapes and sizes.
